The "CSI effect" has influenced jurisprudence by presenting forensic science as unrealistic in its exactitude and technological accuracy.
DMG chose to create scenarios from actual cases to show how forensics can be a part of real life. We also presented the scenarios in a style and quality the viewer would find familiar from tv and cable.
